Support

Help for my apps and games: Swimming Fish, Unicorn Memory, Whack a Mole and Percentage Calculator.

Got a question, found a bug, or want your data deleted? Email me and I'll get back to you, usually within a few days.

It helps to include the app name, your device (e.g. iPhone 15, Samsung Galaxy S23) and what happened.

Swimming Fish

How do I play?

Tap and hold anywhere to swim up, let go to sink. Steer through the cave without touching the walls or the coral. The further you swim, the faster it gets.

My score isn't on the leaderboard

Scores are sent when you're online. If you played offline, your best score is sent the next time you open the game with an internet connection. Daily and weekly leaderboards reset automatically.

How do I keep my progress on a new phone?

On Android, open Settings in the game and link Google Play Games. When you install the game on a new phone and sign in to the same Google account, your scores and stats come with you.

Can I change my mind about personalised ads and statistics?

Yes. Open Settings in the game and change the privacy choice at any time. On iPhone you can also turn tracking off in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

How do I delete my data?

Open Settings in the game and tap Delete my data. This removes your account, saved stats and the statistics collected about your play. You can also email me and I'll do it for you. More detail is in the app privacy policy.

Whack-a-Mole

How do I play?

Tap the moles as they pop out of their holes. In Timed mode you have 30 seconds to whack as many as you can, but every mole that gets away costs you 2 seconds. In Survival mode there's no clock, but the moles get faster as your score goes up and the game ends as soon as one gets away.

My score isn't on the leaderboard

Your score is sent at the end of each game, so you need to be signed in to Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iPhone) and online when the game finishes. Scores from games played offline or while signed out aren't saved. Only your best score in each mode is shown.

How do I keep my scores on a new phone?

Your leaderboard scores are saved to your Google Play Games or Game Center account, not to the phone. Sign in with the same account on your new phone and your scores will still be there.

How do I turn the sound off?

Tap the speaker button in the top-right corner of the main menu. The game remembers your choice the next time you play.

Why do I see ads?

The game is free and is paid for by a small banner ad at the bottom of the screen and an occasional full-screen ad between games. On iPhone, ads aren't personalised unless you allow tracking. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads (the exact menu varies by phone).

How do I delete my data?

The game doesn't have accounts and doesn't store your personal data on my servers. The only thing saved on your phone is your sound setting, which is removed when you uninstall the game. Leaderboard scores belong to your Google Play Games or Game Center account and can be managed there. You can also email me and I'll help. More detail is in the app privacy policy.
